Andrew Calloway is the editor of European Fulfillment Companies, published by Tradelane Media. He maintains the directory's listings of ecommerce fulfillment and 3PL providers across Europe, checking each company's locations, services and platform integrations against what the company itself publishes. He writes the directory's country guides for brands in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia that are choosing a European fulfillment partner. Providers can send corrections or claim their listing through the contact page, and Andrew reviews every request by hand before anything changes.

Why this directory exists

A brand in Chicago, Manchester or Melbourne that wants to sell in Europe meets the same problem early: it needs a warehouse on the other side, and it does not know who runs them. Searching turns up a handful of large names, a few agency lists, and forum threads where the same few providers come up again and again. Many fulfillment companies in Europe never appear in those lists, and a good number of them have websites written in Dutch, German, Polish or French.

I edit this directory to put them in one place, in English, country by country. Each listing shows what the company states about itself: which store platforms it connects to, whether it handles returns, marketplaces and customs, and which products it takes. Where a company's website does not say, the listing says so plainly.

The directory is free to use and free to be listed in. Companies can pay for a featured position or a premium listing, and those are always marked. Paying changes where a listing appears, not which services it shows.

How listings are vetted

Every listing starts from a public business record. We keep companies that have reviews and a record updated in the past year, then read each company's own website for what it offers: order fulfillment for online stores, returns, store platform integrations, customs handling and the product types it works with. Parcel carriers, freight forwarders without a fulfillment service, brokers and retailers' own warehouses are left out.

We do not visit warehouses, audit contracts or check certifications. What a listing shows is what the company states about itself, plus its public Google rating.

Right now that is 1,665 fulfillment companies in 28 countries in Europe, last refreshed 2026-10-05.

Owners can claim their listing for free. Every claim is checked by a person: a real local business, a matching email domain or a call to the number on the Google listing. Paid placements are marked as featured, premium or best-of wherever they appear.

Corrections and removals

If a listing is wrong, or you want your business removed, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
