Find fulfillment companies by service

Every country, A to Z

Countries with fewer than 3 listed fulfillment companies are on the Europe page.

How listings are vetted

  1. 1

    Start from the record

Every listing begins as a public business record on Google Maps, in one of 30 European countries.

  2. 2

    Keep the active ones

Businesses with at least one review and a recently updated record stay. Duplicates are merged.

  3. 3

    Read the website

Each company's own site says whether it stores, picks, packs and ships online orders for other brands. Those that do are marked.

  4. 4

Say when we do not know

A service the company does not state is shown as no information yet, never as a guess.

Every listing starts from a public business record. We keep companies that have reviews and a record updated in the past year, then read each company's own website for what it offers: order fulfillment for online stores, returns, store platform integrations, customs handling and the product types it works with. Parcel carriers, freight forwarders without a fulfillment service, brokers and retailers' own warehouses are left out.

We do not visit warehouses, audit contracts or check certifications. What a listing shows is what the company states about itself, plus its public Google rating.

Owners can claim a listing to correct details or add photos. A person checks every claim. Published by Andrew Calloway.

How to choose a fulfillment company in Europe

Start with where your customers are, because that decides where the stock should sit. The 27 countries of the European Union form one customs union. Goods that clear customs once at the EU border move between member states with no further duties, so a single warehouse inside the EU can reach buyers in all of them. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are outside that union. If most of your European orders go to British addresses, stock in Great Britain avoids a customs border on every parcel. If they go to Germany, France or the Netherlands, stock inside the EU does the same.

Shipping each order from home has become harder to justify. Since 1 July 2021 every import into the EU carries VAT, whatever its value. From 1 July 2026 until 1 July 2028 a customs duty of EUR 3 per item also applies to consignments worth EUR 150 or less that come in under the import one stop shop or by post. Holding stock in Europe replaces thousands of small imports with a few large ones.

Next, match the provider to the way you sell. Every listing shows what the company states about itself: whether it connects to Shopify or to other store platforms, whether it fulfills Amazon and other marketplace orders, whether it handles returns, B2B and retail orders, kitting and relabeling. A tick means the company's own website says so. "No information yet" means the website did not say, which is a question to ask and not an answer.

Then check that it can take your products. Cosmetics need a responsible person established in the EU and a notification through the EU's cosmetics portal before they can be sold there. Food supplements follow national notification rules that differ by country. Since 13 December 2024 most consumer products need a responsible economic operator in the EU, and the regulation names fulfilment service providers among those who can fill that role. Ask each company which of these it covers and which stay with you.

Read ratings with their review counts. A 5.0 from six reviews tells you less than a 4.6 from three hundred. Not every reviewer is a client, so read a few reviews before you lean on the number.

On the first call, ask these:

The answers on tax and customs depend on your own business. A tax adviser, or the provider's customs partner, should confirm them before you commit.

Frequently asked questions

How are fulfillment companies listed here?

Every listing comes from a public business record and the company's own website. We keep companies that have reviews and an up to date record, and we mark the ones whose own words say they store, pick, pack and ship online orders for other brands. Owners can claim a listing to correct details or add photos.

Do you charge companies to be listed?

No. A basic listing is free and stays free. Companies can pay for a featured position or a premium listing, and those are marked as such.

In what order are fulfillment companies shown?

On country pages, featured positions come first and are marked Featured. After them come confirmed fulfillment providers, ordered by Google rating weighted by the number of reviews, then companies whose services are unclear. Search results and service pages are ordered for the brands this directory is written for: companies that state they work with brands from outside the EU come first, then companies with the most confirmed services, then rating and reviews. In search, up to three featured positions are shown above the results and marked Featured.

Why is a service shown as no information yet?

Because the company's website did not state it in a way we could read. It does not mean the company lacks the service. Ask the company directly, and if you are the owner, claim the listing to fill it in.

Does the directory cover the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway?

Yes. The directory covers the European Union plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Those three are outside the EU customs union, which matters when you decide where to hold stock, so each country page says which side of that line it is on.

How do I report a wrong listing?

Use the contact page and include the company name and country. A person reviews every correction and removal request before the directory changes.
